Smilesmith Dental Services Pte Ltd
At Smilesmith, we are building a unique environment for the dental community. As a first step, our live B2B dental marketplace lets dental clinics browse and purchase dental supplies from multiple suppliers over a single platform under a single order. This marketplace has been created for India and Singapore, two of the toughest markets in Asia.
The typical dental supply chain is almost devoid of technology in terms of ordering, managing and paying for products. Paper is king when ordering or paying for dental products. Product information, specifications, availability and pricing is still communicated via voice (telephone). In addition, the current offline mechanism deprives clinic owners/dentists of product and price discovery and comparative purchasing.
Our Solution, Smilesmith Dental Marketplace will play a vital role in bringing these isolated dental clinics together and in providing a greater selection of products, resulting in aggregated transactions and increased efficiency in their supply chain.

Surge is developing an Al-powered smart assistant to help sales professionals close more deals by automating data-entry and delivering insights, turning administrative time into more selling time. We do this by integrating our AI with multiple sales tools such as CRMs (Salesforce), Calendars and Contacts to a single conversational interface so that you never have to worry about administrative tasks ever again.
Sales professionals spend about 4 hours a day on average on administrative tasks alone, when time could be better spent elsewhere, such as seeking out new leads or nurturing clients. Administrative tasks include logging of daily activities and client details into Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce. Our tool is an additional plugin on top of existing CRMs to allow sales professionals to be more productive as CRM alone is simply not enough to help them. CRM is merely a data logging tool, which does not actually contribute to sales professionals’ daily sales activities, whereas our tool helps by following several sales methodologies and acts as an assistant to constantly remind users when and what they should focus during customer engagement.
